Here's the kids in the little Ford Fiesta we rented for our trip. Boy, was it a fiesta! Bouncing and screaming and struggling and crying half the time. Other times we were reading or singing my mom's favorites such as "Whip crack away!" from Calamity Jane and "Pony Boy" from I don't know what movie. I'm sure you all know those hits from the 40's. Ha!

Thinking back on it, it was loads of fun sqeezing ourselves into that little car. Cozy as can be. I can't wait until the next road trip. But Jonathan and I already have plans to rent a van next time. We'll be travelling in style with a little more space.
