My son Shermy has selective hearing. What have any of you heard about selective hearing? What do you do when your child never hears you when you request that they do something? I'm open to all kinds of ideas...

I still struggle with this. Currently, we do counting. You know, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. It always gets them going, even though they never really know what will happen if we get to 1. But, I think it's sort of conditioned them to wait until they hear us count. SO...I guess I'm not much help, but I wanted to leave a comment and say HI! Also, Your pictures are great. Your boys are growing so fast!
