I witnessed a fruit of my labor this morning as Shermie puttered over to the drawer where I keep the napkins. He blindly reached for one and was successful and ran back to his spot at the table where he'd made a mess and tried to wipe up his milk. Oh what sweet relief! I am not the only one who cleans up messes in the kitchen anymore.
