Falling into place. . .

Isn't it strange how everything just kind of falls into place. Life seems to slide along and all your needs are met slowly but surely. Sometimes you're required to put forth a little patience or effort or prayer but everything works out. Like today, for example, Atticus shot his pee at an angle slightly obtuse and I didn't have a towel, nor a paper towel, nor a wet wipe, but I did have toilet paper. Aha! My need was met. The small puddle was absorbed and all was well. (We'll mop later.) Another example: I took a shower. No shampoo. All I could find was conditioner. (I actually washed my hair with conditioner for a week in Turkey, thinking it was shampoo. Jonathan and I put two and two together, looked in the dictionary, and went to the store to look for shampoo.) Anyway, I fumbled around in my overnight case and Aha! Thomas the Tank Engine, blueberry scent shampoo! Don't tell my kids that I used it to wash my hair.
My point is that generosity makes the world go round. I decided on the spur of the moment to come home from Turkey. First, our tickets were bought for us by someone else. Second, I was offered a place to stay for a few months. Third, I found a perfect car arrangement during my stay. I could go on and on. I know why things happen as they do. For a reason that only God knows, my life is supposed to be this collage of places and people. They have all been so generous to me. Patience used to be the quality I strived for but now I think it would have to be generosity. I have so many great examples.

It has been so fun to see your blog! You will have to come by when you are back in Utah. It looks like you guys have had many adventures but I am glad to hear that all is going well.

I really needed to hear that Christine. My life right now seems to be at a stand still and at times I feel the opposite in the fact why does everything go wrong for me. So thank you for you insight! I am hoping my world will turn around soon for the better too! I am so glad that everything is falling into place for you. Especially with your husband not there to help you! Miss you!
